These services are designed to address specific situations and are delivered independently, without system installation or ongoing oversight.

SafeTrack Infrastructure™ is a comprehensive safety framework designed for schools, leagues, clubs, tournaments, and referee associations.


This path is reserved for organizations seeking long-term safety systems, not individual services.

  • Ongoing accountability and reporting

We use publicly available information and structured processes to help protect youth athletes, support officials, and reduce escalation before harm occurs.

This consultation includes:

Parents, referees, or individuals submit a secure online request for a SAFE-T service. Requests may be submitted with or without a prior consultation.consultation.

SafeTrack conducts a structured, independent review using publicly available information and established safety criteria. Each service follows a standardized process.

Step 3 — Clear Findings

Clients receive a professional summary outlining findings, risk awareness indicators, and recommendations when applicable.

Step 4 — CASE CLOSED OR ESCALATED

Most à la carte services conclude at delivery.
If broader concerns are identified, clients may be referred to organizational or system-level support.

Based on assessment findings, SafeTrack installs a customized safety infrastructure, which may include:

Step 3 —ACCOUNTABILITY & OVERSIGHT

Organizations that implement the system may continue with a SafeTrack Partnership, providing:


  • Ongoing monitoring
     
  • Incident response support
     
  • Periodic safety summaries
     
  • Leadership guidance

Step 4 — REVIEW, RENEWAL & EXPANSION

Safety systems are reviewed regularly and may expand to:


  • Additional teams
     
  • New seasons
     
  • Larger organizational scope
